The rustic appeal of reclaimed farmhouse furniture is captured perfectly with the rough-sawn Dutton Sofa Table. Rough sawn, or rough cut lumber, wears unique saw marks along its sides. These saw marks are intentionally left to give the lumber a beautiful distressed look and feel.

No splinters to worry about here. Each component is carefully sanded to provide a lightly textured feel. Unlike reclaimed barn wood, rough sawn lumber is versatile and able to be precisely processed to create unique details.
The rough sawn advantage is evident in the 48" Dutton Sofa Table. The intricate slats shown on each side and exposed tenons on each leg are examples of small details that are made possible by the rough sawn advantage. While textured, the rough sawn surface will be flat. With reclaimed barn wood, this is not always possible as the reclaimed wood can warp and shift over time.
