I've always loved Amish made furniture, but it is hard to find in a brick and mortar store. I was a little hesitant about buying online, but everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful at DutchCrafters and they put me at ease. And my furniture was delivered more than a month ahead of schedule by a couple of great hardworking guys!
The samples were sent to me quickly & returning them was made easy with the envelope provided. Brooke and Kendra always got back to me promptly. Very easy to get someone on the phone. Once the furniture was ready to be shipped I was given the dates to expect delivery and they did keep in touch with me when they were about 2-3 days away, as to what day & time to expect them. The craftsmanship is exceptional & each piece is signed by the craftsman and dated. The craftsman that made my 11 drawers bureau called me himself to explain how to access my secret drawer. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. This whole experience was awesome and the furniture is absolutely beautiful. It was just what I wanted.
