Why are there plywood sides?

Plywood sides are a necessity to better avoid cracking in the piece. They allow for more expansion and contraction when the piece is put in different climates.  It also cuts down on the weight of the piece so that it can be moved more easily.

Who makes this credenza?

This particular credenza is handcrafted by an Amish wood shop in Indiana. Our office furniture comes from Amish wood shops in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.
