Amish made futons turn any living space into a great guest room

by Tom Grimes

It can be hard for those in smaller living spaces to host out-of-town guests, especially in homes without guest rooms. Those who don't have a spare room, however, can still turn their abode into a makeshift hotel for their traveling acquaintances by purchasing an Amish made futon.

Amish made futons are versatile and stylish, and will prevent individuals from having to break out an uncomfortable air mattress or, even worse, sleeping bag. By day, the piece of Amish made furniture looks and feels like a comfortable couch, but come nighttime, it folds out into a cozy bed.

Unlike many traditional couches, it's easy to change a futon's aesthetic by slipping on a different futon cover. In the summer, homeowners can opt for a lighter fabric, while futons can boast a thicker, darker cover in colder months.

Amish made futons are also a wonderful addition to studio apartments, as individuals can display a stylish living room when company comes over, and easily make-up their comfortable bed when the guests leave.

While many futons are available with harsh, metal frames, purchasing an Amish made futon - which boasts a sturdy and elegant wooden frame - can instantly fill a room with a timeless warmth and texture.ADNFCR-3308-ID-19865035-ADNFCR
