DutchCrafters Living Room Entertainment Rivals: Round Three: The Final Countdown!

It’s only four weeks until NFL 2015 kicks off in Gillette Stadium with a tense face-off between the Patriots and the Steelers! With time running out to get everything ready for the big night, we’re excited to bring you the final match-up in our living room entertainment knockout bracket. Once a winner’s decided here, we’ll move on to giving you our top tips for a game-ready living room – but that’s next week.

Right now, we’ve got the seemingly impossible task of deciding whether a corner TV stand or a big wall unit entertainment center is the better choice for the family home this football season.

Final Round: Corner TV Stands vs. Wall Unit Entertainment Centers

Team One: Corner TV Stands

Corner TV stands breezed through their first-round matchup against fireplaces by drawing on their exceptional convenience and space-saving strength. Those attributes are what they’re relying on here today, too – their unique, inimitable skill in packing a huge amount of storage features and beautiful details into a compact and convenient package.

The Vienna Corner TV Stand brings reliability and luxurious style to the living room.

But will that be enough? It might take a little more than just space-saving know-how this time. If they break out the big guns – their hutch-top corner centers, perhaps, or their stow-away bi-fold door characters – the little guys might just be in with a shot.

Team Two: Wall Unit Entertainment Centers

Seemingly unstoppable after their first-round trampling of our crowd-favorite traditional TV stands, our wall unit entertainment centers enter this final fight with a full arsenal of seemingly unbeatable features ready to roll. Hidden storage, touch-lighting, removable bridges, curio cabinets, smoked glass frontage… the list goes on, and on, and on.

The Modesto Entertainment Center fills the living room with beauty, storage, and quality.

But this is pretend sports. Who knows what might happen? The best news for the wall units (and the worst for their corner-shaped rivals) is that they come in enough shapes and sizes to best the corner TV stands in their convenience stats. Is that all that it’ll take to tip the scales?

To The Victor, The Spoils

Some of the best moments in the NFL come when the unexpected strikes from nowhere. We love this sport for the sound that erupted from downtown Seattle on that cold night in early 2013 when their team lifted the Super Bowl trophy for the first time in as long as anyone could remember. An underdog shooting for glory and striking true – what could be more exciting?

Sadly, that’s not what happened in our bracket. While they put up a valiant fight, the corner TV stands just couldn’t hold their own against a relentless stream of features, details, and functions that flood out from our selection of wall unit entertainment centers. These big guys are the best treatment a person can possibly give to the beautiful act of watching their team aim for the highest heights in football, and we couldn’t be more proud to present them to you.
