McClure, who joined DutchCrafters on February 5, 2024 as a delivery driver at the company\u2019s LaGrange, Indiana warehouse, has quickly established himself as a valuable team player, truly embodying the qualities recognized by this award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presented by Kari-Jo Koshes, director of operations, and awarded by Elvin de Jesus, shipping and logistics manager, the honor highlights McClure\u2019s dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. He has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic, driving more than 54,000 miles and successfully delivering over 290 orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
