With the turn of the New Year comes a shift in the vision of JMX Brands, parent company to DutchCrafters. JMX Brands Vision 2023 represents a pivot from the revenue- and growth-focused model of Vision 2020 toward providing an incredible customer experience.
What was Vision 2020?
Vision 2020 helped the company serve far more customers and become the top online store for Amish furniture as JMX tripled in annual revenue. This meant a lot of good things for the company.
These include the following:
- A new office and showroom
- A larger staff
- Better opportunities for career advancement in the company
- Numerous local, state, and national awards
- More opportunities to connect with customers

Our vision is to be the undisputed leading brand of Amish furniture, winning through exceptional customer experience.
This vision is summarized in the phrase, “Delivering Excellence.”
What does this mean for the future of DutchCrafters?
DutchCrafters will continue to grow. By 2023, customers will experience a faster website, better option selection and customization, and better shopping experience from start to end. A seamless experience from mobile to desktop, social media to email, chat to phone, and website to store will mean clear communication and a streamlined shopping and ordering process. Every customer we have will experience this improvement at some point in their shopping journey. Today, in January 2020, as we release this new vision, we commit that we’ll do all we can to Deliver Excellence to our customers through every interaction we have in the coming years.
