Whether you purchased a bird feeder or a large outdoor shed, it’s being built to your specifications by talented craftspeople in woodworking shops along country roads, mostly in Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Ohio.
The Build Process
Due to the Amish woodworkers’ limited use of technology, unfortunately, we can’t provide step-by-step tracking updates. However, we’re happy to give you a general estimate of what goes on behind the scenes.
Unless you ordered an in-stock product from our Outlet Store, your order will be built to your specifications at the time of the order.
Delivery Estimate
Estimated completion and delivery times are available on each product page, and an estimated time for your order will be provided on your order tracking page. We’ll send you the link to that page in a later email. Then, you’ll receive a delivery email from us around the time your order ships.
