My whole experience was absolutely positive from beginning to end. The young man who delivered the bed was very pleasant, very efficient and very careful. The individual sections of the bed were so well wrapped up, it took time and patience to unwrap them, but he was so skilled, the whole thing was assembled in probably less than 20 minutes. My only regret is that I was so astounded by how beautiful my new bed was, I forgot to show my appreciation with a tip.
