The tradition of service to others has always been honored by DutchCrafters, the leading retailer of American-made Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com. Service within the company and in the community is an important part of the company’s culture. At the annual staff awards ceremony, DutchCrafters honors an employee for demonstrating a commitment to service.

Ecommerce and Marketing Director Debra Gingerich presented the 2023 Service Award to Marketplace Optimization Specialist Erin Keim.

“Service represents a number of DutchCrafters’ core values including giving, authenticity and sustainability,” said Gingerich.

Inside DutchCrafters, Keim is a member of the events committee and has contributed significantly to the success of various company events throughout the year, including the 20th anniversary event. She willingly helps with special projects and showroom events.

In the community, Keim is a member of the Junior League. She volunteered at their Jamboree fundraiser at Jungle Gardens. She took photos and video during the Junior League’s party hosted at the DutchCrafters Sarasota Showroom. Keim represented DutchCrafters at the Junior League’s popular Tour of Homes.

An alum of Florida State University, Keim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Marketing. She has been employed at DutchCrafters since June 2022.

“I enjoy participating on the events committee and helping with DutchCrafters events,” said Keim. “It’s great to work for a company that is proactive with community service, partnering with local charities like All Faith’s Food Bank and collaborating with other small businesses and organizations doing good work in the community.”
