We stopped into DutchCrafters in Sarasota, while on vacation (from Rhode Island). We worked closely with Lori V to purchase a rocking chair for my brother-in-law's retirement, and it was a great experience! Lori was patient, kind, and informative as my wife and I had many questions. I appreciated her style in working with us versus selling us, which is a big distinction. The chair wasn't available on the sales floor, so it was tough to make a decision. We sat in other chairs to compare, and Lori ensured we understood the measurements and what to expect (even called her contacts in the wood shop to ensure we were armed with the best information). Overall, a great experience and looking forward to receiving the finished product early next year in time for my brother-in-law's retirement. PS My wife continues calling with questions and Lori is always accommodating and willing to answer. Thank you.

I bought The McCoy Mantel Clock!!!! The color of wood I picked out was brown maple!!! And it looks stunning on my fireplace mantel!!!! I couldn't be any happier!!!! It is just what I wanted,!!!!!Thank you from the bottom of my heart you all did a FANTASTIC JOB from start to finish!!!
