What's Included in my Amish Pavilion Kit?
All the pieces necessary to create the end product will be included in your pavilion kit. The only thing not included would be the tools necessary to build your pavilion. Each pavilion kit will come with a parts sheet of what is included.
What Tools Do I Need?
To build our outdoor pavilions, you will typically need:
- 6' and 10' Ladder
- Rubber Mallet
- Hammer
- Ratchet with 9/16" and 3/4" Socket
- Hammer Drill
- 1/2" Concrete Drill Bit
- Cordless Drill
- 25' Tape Measure
- Utility Knife
- Hammer Tacker
- Paint Brush
- (4) 2x4x8' Long and (2) 2x4x4' Long for Bracing Header Assemblies
Each pavilion kit comes with detailed instructions of what is needed to build that specific pavilion.
How Easy is it to Build an Amish Pavilion?
If you're handy and enjoy building things, it's not terribly difficult to build a DIY pavilion kit. However, it does take quite a few steps and can take several hours, or 1-2 days, from start to finish. We highly suggest hiring a contractor to help you build your pavilion if you do not want to spend some time building it. Each pavilion kit will come with a set of assembly instructions.
Pros and Cons of Buying an Amish Pavilion Kit
There are plenty of reasons to buy an Amish pavilion kit from us. First, we offer excellent customer service. We have live furniture specialists who want to make sure that your experience with us is spectacular. Second, an Amish pavilion is going to be one of the highest quality pavilions around. There a couple reasons not to buy an Amish pavilion kit. First, they are not transportable. Once you build it, it cannot be moved unless you destroy it.
