I never write reviews but had to write a testimonial on this pavilion. My wife and I looked at pavilions online at many different sites. We got quotes from local companies over 20K. We are so glad we went with DutchCrafters! Awesome experience and product! Great communication from them updating us on timeline. They are also the folks that delivered the pavilion to us. I was so impressed with the packaging and how everything was organized. We went with the 10x12 traditional vinyl pavilion with 8x8 posts. I installed it myself and the even the instruction booklet was so easy to follow for me. I literally had no mistakes or problems putting this together thanks to the easy to follow instructions. Hardest part of the project was pulling up my pavers and pouring concrete footings. My only feedback is at one point instructions said to use a 2.5 inch screw to secure one of the vinyl covers (which I have pointed to with the arrow in photo). The 2.5 inch screw was not long enough and I needed to use the 3.5 inch. We are so happy with the company and product. I had a question about using a rain drip and texted the company and they got right back to me. Highly recommend this pavilion. Our GoldenDoodle loves it too!

This was a great kit, everything fit very well. The instructions were easy to follow. We liked it so much we purchased patio furniture from this company as well.
