The Rookie of the Year Award recognizes an employee who joined the company within the last 16 months and is a fast learner and team player who embraces DutchCrafters’ core values and company culture with an ambitious, hard-working perspective. The winner demonstrates a stellar work ethic and exceeds goals.

The Rookie of the Year award was presented by DutchCrafters Vice President Linse Miller to Alpharetta Showroom Furniture Specialist Carter Wood.

From his first week with DutchCrafters, Woods’ special talents, potential and ambition were recognized by Alpharetta Showroom Manager Tina Carder. He quickly understood and embraced the company’s culture, products and processes. He asked the right questions and demonstrated quick competence with products and systems.
