This sturdy Butcher Block Kitchen Island is Amish handcrafted in Indiana.  The kitchen island top is standard with a 6" end grain hard maple oiled top but you select the wood for the base.  Please call one of our Amish furniture specialists to receive stain or paint samples to help you decide on the finish for the base.  The island drawer has a two tier knife storage so your knives will be handy for chopping up all those vegetables.
