Hi Kaity,

Our entertainment center arrived Friday evening.

The delivery crew was very friendly, polite, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up correctly and exactly where I wanted it.
When they were done, all of the packing material was picked up and they checked with me to make sure I was happy with it.
It is truly refreshing to deal with folks who take pride in what they are doing. I only caught one of the names - Jerry. I did not catch the other gentlemen's name.
I was extremely impressed.

The entertainment center is beautiful. The craftsmen did an outstanding job of blending the fireplace into the center console. I would recommend that they offer the fireplace as a standard option for this piece.
The stain is uniform across the whole entertainment center which is also very impressive. I work with oak from time to time and I know how difficult it can be to get the stain even on all pieces with the variations in wood grain. The unit is well built and I will be proud to show it off to all who enter my home.

Last but not least, it has been a very pleasant experience working with DutchCrafters. Everyone that I have dealt with has been polite and helpful.
I would especially like to thank Alicia Ochoa for her patience in answering all of my (numerous) questions and helping me through the customizing and order process.

I will highly recommend DutchCrafters to anyone looking for high quality furniture and excellent service from start to finish.
