DutchCrafters is Top Workplace for Sixth Year
SARASOTA, Fla. — DutchCrafters Amish Furniture, the leading retailer of American-made Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com, has been named one of the Sarasota Herald-Tribune’s Top Workplaces in the Sarasota-Manatee region for the sixth consecutive year.
Out of 1,073 organizations surveyed, DutchCrafters ranked among the top companies recognized as a Top Workplace, placing No. 9 in the small business category. The company currently employs 34 people in Sarasota and 47 nationwide.
DutchCrafters also received the Well-Being Special Award, which honors select organizations that demonstrate exceptional care and commitment to the well-being of their employees.
The Herald-Tribune Top Workplaces list is based on employee surveys that measure 24 factors including pay and benefits, leadership, direction, meaningfulness and appreciation. To make the list, employee feedback must exceed national benchmarks.
