DutchCrafters Opens Warehouse in Indiana

JMX Brands has opened a warehouse in LaGrange, Ind. for its flagship Amish furniture brand DutchCrafters.

The 5,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space will allow the company to be more efficient with transfers and deliveries, and increase quality control before furniture ships to the customer. It will provide storage space for more effective fulfillment of Amazon orders, which should allow JMX Brands to expand its Amazon offerings. The warehouse will also have space to more easily receive and resell returns as needed. As the warehouse expands, there may be opportunities to provide furniture transfers and ship small items for woodshops.

Founded in 2003, JMX Brands is the online retailer of Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com. In 2016 the company opened a DutchCrafters showroom in Sarasota, Fla. The LaGrange warehouse continues its “clicks-to-bricks” model of expanding beyond online-only experiences to physical locations.

“We are excited for the opportunities that this warehouse gives us to expand upon our strong relationships with our Indiana Amish vendors,” said JMX Brands CEO Jim Miller, who grew up in Sturgis, Mich. and graduated from Goshen College, Goshen, Ind.
