JMX Brands, the largest online retailer of Amish Furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com, recently awarded Showroom and Fulfillment Manager Kari Jo Koshes the 2020 Service Award.  The award was given to Koshes in recognition of her service within the company, as well as her contributions to bettering the community.

JMX Brands Marketing Director Debra Gingerich presented the award to Koshes at the company’s annual award ceremony.

“Within JMX, Kari Jo has been the ultimate team player, having served in several positions and teams,” said Gingerich.  “She is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.”

Koshes graduated from Leadership Sarasota County in 2019, a program that selects individuals and prepares them to be leaders in the improvement of the community.  Koshes also holds membership in the Junior League of Sarasota, an organization of women that promotes volunteerism and charitable activities.

Koshes holds a bachelor’s degree in general business with a minor in international business from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Columbia Southern University.  She joined JMX Brands in 2013 as an administrative assistant and has served as shipping coordinator and customer experience team assistant manager.  In her current position as showroom and fulfillment manager, Koshes oversees innovations in product delivery, manages the LaGrange warehouse, and supervises the Sarasota showroom and the DutchCrafters showroom experience.

The JMX Brands Service Award was created to promote giving, one of the company’s core values. The award honors someone who has a spirit of service and generosity that builds community inside and outside of the organization. Koshes received a day off work to volunteer at an organization of her choice, as well as a donation given in her name to that organization and a “Be the change you wish to see in the world” paper weight.
