Stacey was very responsive and helpful. We ordered parts of the breakfast nook and custom stains on some of the cherry products. She got the samples here quickly was very pleasant to work with. It takes a while to build the furniture, but this was worth the wait. The indoor delivery was a good investment for many furniture pieces. The delivery company was professional and they assembled the bunk bed and large drawers. We had a few queries and flagged imperfections in one piece. Brooke was extremely helpful and committed to making sure we were satisfied with the outcome. DutchCrafters worked with the furniture makers to replace the item with imperfections, sending regular updates and making sure we were happy with the replacement piece. We expect to use this beautiful furniture for decades, and could not be more pleased with our purchase!
