DutchCrafters’ Marketing Manager Marina de Sa Nogueira has been named one of Furniture Today’s 2026 40 Under 40, an annual recognition honoring emerging leaders shaping the future of the home furnishings industry. She received the award during Furniture Today’s Titans & Trailblazers event in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 25.

Since joining DutchCrafters in 2018, de Sa Nogueira has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. She transformed Amazon from a side project into a nearly $3 million business, building and leading a high-performing team while expanding the company’s presence across major online marketplaces.

Today, as Marketing Manager, de Sa Nogueira leads the company’s marketing strategy while continuing to champion initiatives that strengthen the DutchCrafters brand and customer experience.

Throughout her career at DutchCrafters, de Sa Nogueira has earned multiple internal honors recognizing exceptional performance, leadership and lasting contributions to the company, including the Colors Award, the Built to Last Award and the company’s highest employee honor, the President’s Award.
