Alpharetta, GA. – DutchCrafters, the leading retailer of American-made Amish furniture at www.dutchcrafters.com, has appointed Santuan Williams as the new showroom manager of the DutchCrafters Furniture Showroom in Alpharetta, Georgia.

To introduce him to the Alpharetta community, DutchCrafters will be hosting Community & Connections: A DutchCrafters Open House on Wednesday, July 16, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Williams has more than a decade of experience in the luxury furniture industry, including leadership and consultant roles at CoCoCo Home and Barneys in New York City, where he guided customers through design-driven buying experiences. His career has spanned sales, interior design consultation, and showroom management, making him uniquely equipped to lead the DutchCrafters Alpharetta Showroom with both operational expertise and creative vision. He has also collaborated with real estate professionals and interior designers, further sharpening his ability to curate furniture selections that leave a lasting impression.

“I discovered DutchCrafters through a TV commercial showcasing modern Amish furniture, mixed with traditional,” said Williams. “I was impressed by the website and the open position—it felt aligned with my values.”

DutchCrafters has been a pioneer in the niche of Amish furniture since 2003, offering heirloom-quality, solid wood furniture handcrafted by skilled Amish artisans in America. As a trusted source for custom furniture, DutchCrafters allows customers to personalize pieces to match their homes and lifestyles, blending modern design preferences with traditional craftsmanship. From dining sets to bedroom collections, DutchCrafters furniture is built to last for generations.

The Alpharetta Showroom provides a curated experience where customers can see and touch the craftsmanship up close. Recognized for excellence in both product and service, the showroom has earned several honors, including My Alpharetta – Best Custom Woodworking for 2025 and Best of North Atlanta – Best Customer Service, Best Furniture / Home Décor, and Best Place to Work in 2024. With knowledgeable furniture specialists on hand to guide custom selections and answer questions, the showroom bridges the gap between online browsing and the hands-on furniture experience.

A native of Atlanta, Williams returned to Georgia in 2024 after living in New York since 2012. He is reconnecting with the Alpharetta area and is excited to bring his passion for exceptional customer experience to DutchCrafters. His deep understanding of client needs—whether assisting a homeowner designing their forever dining room or a designer sourcing a statement piece—aligns well with DutchCrafters’ mission to provide personalized, heirloom-quality furniture.

“Customers at the DutchCrafters Alpharetta Showroom can expect a welcoming, high-quality experience, with personalized assistance in creating their ideal space using guaranteed, USA-made, custom Amish furniture,” said Williams. “We aim for DutchCrafters to be their trusted source for exceptional craftsmanship.”

The Community & Connections event is open to the public, and all are invited to meet Williams, learn about his design expertise, and explore the DutchCrafters showroom. This event is a great opportunity for anyone interested in interior design, Amish furniture, or redesigning their space. Guests can enjoy light appetizers and drinks in a relaxed, casual setting while gathering inspiration and making meaningful connections.

DutchCrafters invites all interested in helping us welcome Williams. Please RSVP to santuan@dutchcrafters.com by July 9. The DutchCrafters Alpharetta Showroom is located at 160 N. Main Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
