Mission Writing Desk with Slatted Sides

A desk is one of the most personal pieces of furniture in your home or office. It is where plans take shape, work gets done, and important details stay organized. The Amish Churchill Mission Writing Desk with File Drawer offers a hardworking workspace with the timeless beauty of solid wood and the freedom to customize it to your needs.

Mission-style slats along the sides give the desk its distinctive Arts and Crafts character, while the clean lines and balanced proportions keep the design versatile. It feels substantial enough for a professional office yet warm and inviting for a dedicated home workspace.

The storage is thoughtfully arranged to support your daily routine. What appears to be two drawers on the left is actually a single large file drawer for essential documents. The right pedestal includes two storage drawers for office supplies, notebooks, and other items you want close at hand.

At 66 inches wide and 28 inches deep, the Churchill offers a comfortable work surface for a computer, paperwork, and everyday projects. Choose between a pencil drawer and a keyboard pullout, then add optional cord holes, grommets, or a power station to make technology easier to manage.

Each desk is handcrafted and finished by skilled Amish woodworkers in Indiana. Choose from six hardwood options, a wide range of finishes, and your preferred hardware to create a desk that reflects your style. The desk is shown in quarter-sawn white oak with Michael’s Cherry stain, and wood and finish samples are available to help you create the right look for your office.
