This Amish Made Gingerbread Cottage Playhouse is a DIY kit that coms with: a 2x3 wood wall framing; a 2x4 curved wood trusses; high quality siding and trim prefastened onto wall panels to make sure the panels are square; panelized wall sections to save time on assembly; gingerbread trim fastened to panels; two working 14"x21" windows with safety glass, grids, and screens;  flowerboxes with a gingerbread trim around the windows; 40" high and 20" wide child's dutch door; 61" high and 34" wide adult dutch door; hardware for assembly; gingerbread trim on outside corner; pre-primed trim and siding; and a link to to a downloadable assembly manual with pictures.  

Optional features include: choice of 8'x8', 8'x10', or 8'x12' sizes; a floor kit; a chimney; a deck and rail; a loft and ladder; and shutters on the windows.
