These pieces are truly heirloom quality. I love how beautiful and well-made everything I have ever ordered has been. We get compliments on the beauty of the products! Our new location is the most challenging ever, but the delivery team was phenomenal. I love getting the white glove service for the heavier pieces. The emails are great! I know what to expect and when. It is really appreciated, especially due to the time it takes for the quality I want. I have not had any bad experiences when on the phone with any of the people who have helped me over the years. I struggle with envisioning how the pieces will look, even with free stain/wood/paint samples. I really like how patient everyone has been with me, and how they give great suggestions!
