The Amish Lorton Dining and Counter Bench brings quiet, practical function to dining spaces without unnecessary frills. Its smooth, thick solid wood seat carries a softly eased edge that feels comfortable against the back of legs, while straight, sturdy legs are linked by two parallel horizontal support rails that add structural stability and a clean, linear silhouette that pairs easily with both rustic and traditional dining sets.
It works seamlessly alongside standard dining tables or raised counter height surfaces, offering flexible extra seating for weeknight family meals, quick homework sessions, or casual weekend gatherings. Built from solid hardwood by Amish artisans in Indiana, the piece holds up to regular daily use, with a natural finish that highlights the grain of wood options like warm brown maple or deep walnut.
Choose the classic solid wood seat for a streamlined look, or upgrade to an upholstered surface in fabric or leather. Performance Crypton fabric is available for households with kids or pets, as it resists stains and odors without sacrificing softness. The slim, compact profile slides easily under table edges when not in use, keeping walkways clear in open concept homes.
