Some collections deserve more than an open shelf. The Amish Kelsey American Mission 30" Bookcase with Doors creates a handsome place for books, collectibles, family keepsakes, pottery, and favorite objects while bringing the warmth of handcrafted solid wood furniture to an office, living room, library, or study.   Behind the doors, adjustable glass shelves with plate grooves let you arrange the interior around what you want to display. Beveled glass adds a refined finishing detail, while recessed lighting illuminates the contents and gives treasured pieces greater presence.   The Kelsey's restrained lines are rooted in classic American Mission furniture, a style especially well-suited to solid hardwood. Rather than covering the wood with elaborate ornamentation, the straightforward design lets the grain, color, and natural character of your chosen hardwood become part of the bookcase's appeal.   Shown in quarter-sawn white oak with Michael's finish, the Kelsey can also be personalized with your choice of available wood and stain combinations. The result is not simply another storage cabinet, but Amish handcrafted furniture made in America specifically for your home.   Use the Kelsey as a solid wood office bookcase, a living room display cabinet, or a special place for books and meaningful collections. Its combination of enclosed display space, adjustable shelving, lighting, and American craftsmanship gives it versatility well beyond a conventional bookshelf.   Explore the available hardwood and finish choices and order securely online, visit one of our Amish furniture store locations, or connect with a DutchCrafters design consultant for personalized assistance.
