The Amish Poly Tail Prop Suet Bird Feeder – The Woodpecker's Paradise!
Invite the captivating world of woodpeckers and other suet-loving birds directly to your backyard with our Amish Poly Tail Prop Suet Feeder. Meticulously handcrafted by skilled Amish artisans in the USA, this feeder isn't just durable; it's ingeniously designed to cater to the unique feeding habits of these fascinating birds, providing an unparalleled viewing experience for you. The standout feature of this feeder is its integrated tail prop. Woodpeckers naturally use their stiff tail feathers to brace themselves against tree trunks while feeding. Our thoughtful design mimics this natural posture, offering crucial support that allows them to feed more comfortably and for longer periods. This means more frequent and extended visits from Downy, Hairy, Red-bellied, and even Northern Flickers, giving you a front-row seat to their charming antics. While the tail prop makes this an absolute magnet for the woodpecker family, its high-energy suet offerings also make it incredibly popular with a host of other delightful backyard birds. Elevate your backyard birding experience and provide a vital energy source for these beautiful creatures. Order your Amish Poly Tail Prop Suet Feeder today and start enjoying the mesmerizing sights and sounds of nature right outside your window!See more products from this woodshop: Garden Homes and Feeders

The tray feeders arrived without damage (sooner than expected) thanks to good packaging by DutchCrafters.
The product quality was excellent. I was impressed and I highly recommend these feeder trays. However, if you have large animals visiting, I recommend making some modifications.
I had a large raccoon get up in one of the trays and its weight was enough to pull the perforated metal out of its slot in the side rail. I took the tray apart, straightened up the metal, and then put it back together. I then reinforced the bottom with 1/2" X 2" painted oak boards (I didn't have polly lumber) and attached them with 1/8" X 1.5" epoxy coated exterior wood screws. For good measure, I added two 1/8" X 2" screws in each leg for additional support.
Again, I highly recommend this product. Just know they aren't designed to carry the weight of large animals.
