Adam & Todd were wonderful at communicating their delivery time estimate. NYC traffic is hard at best to have an idea. They moved the bookcase with care in what I call the never ending split level of stairs. Adam was gracious with unwrapping and setting up. 2 thumbs up, hard to find hard-working gentlemen.
