Not everything in the bedroom needs to disappear into a drawer. The Amish Samantha Modern Mission Chest of Drawers with Opening pairs three broad drawers with a generous open compartment, giving you a place for the things you want accessible as well as the things you prefer neatly stored away.   The open space at the top breaks up the traditional chest silhouette and gives the piece a more contemporary, multifunctional character. A cord opening in the back adds flexibility for electronics, while the wide top provides another useful surface for bedroom essentials or decor.   Below, three substantial drawers create plentiful concealed space for clothing, bedding, and other necessities. Their broad solid wood fronts also provide an uninterrupted view of the hardwood grain, making the natural variation of the wood an important part of the chest's appearance.   Modern Mission influences come through in the straightforward geometry, restrained detailing, and distinctive flared feet. The result has Craftsman roots, yet feels refreshingly current and adaptable to today's bedrooms.   The greatest luxury may be having a piece built around your own sense of home. Select from the available hardwood and finish options to give the Samantha a richer, warmer presence or a lighter, more contemporary direction.   Make the Samantha yours.
