Amish Sterling Upholstered Desk Chair

The office desk chair is beautiful, solid and comfortable. The chair as well as the experience exceeded my expectations.

For anyone who is wary about ordering an expensive piece of furniture online without the benefit of a nearby showroom, this review is to put you at ease. After having to dispose of a home office chair bought on Wayfair a few years ago that was literally coming apart at the seams, we wondered if it was time to try for long-term value and sustainability instead of short-term price. An online search brought us to DutchCrafters. The ability to customize to our preferences was an incredible plus, but we wondered if the chair that we eventually received would live up to its picture and promise. So many online purchases don't. Also, and very importantly, would it be comfortable?

During the wait for the chair (it had to be built!) DutchCrafters sent us timely messages explaining the process and timeframe. Everything happened just as they said it would. My husband was home when the chair was delivered. The text received from him said two words: "It's perfect!" In twenty years of marriage, he has never said that about anything. We like to tease his understated praise for things. If he likes something, he says "not bad." His favorite meal of all time garnered a "pretty good." But the DutchCrafters office chair with the wood and fabric we picked got the ultimate compliment. It's beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable. He's sitting in it right now. We expect to have it for a very long time.

Love my new furniture. Sturdy, well-made with a lot of love. Top quality! Last long after me, heirloom quality. Not even close to big-box furniture stores. Great quality again and ships to my house; even better - delivery is white-glove perfection!

Excellent, love my chair! Great communication about how long it would take to build and when shipping had started

Men were very nice and did an excellent job. They adjusted the desk several times until we decided the exact placement we wanted.
