Amish Nash Solid Wood Minimalist Panel Low Profile Bed

This was our second large order from Dutchcrafters. We chose Dutchcrafters again for our post-remodel furniture needs, because we were so impressed with the quality of the items in our first order! We were especially impressed with our Dutchcrafters customer service person on this second order, Elvis Aguilar. He was amazing to work with, from start to finish. He listens closely to his customers, and his impeccable attention to detail means that your order will be correct. We had many questions and requests for customization on some pieces, and he was incredible in ferreting out the information and answers we needed to make the right choices for each piece. He worked tirelessly to approach individual builders to find out which ones would be best suited to accomplish what we needed. Elvis' attention to detail, faultless work ethic and consistently pleasant demeanor is a rare thing in customer service these days...we recommend him highly and we hope Dutchcrafters truly appreciates him as an employee.
