I was relieved to learn of the three-step payment process. Our outdoor furniture was a big purchase for us and the process helped make it a little more affordable. The main pieces were delivered quite a bit earlier than estimated by DutchCrafters and I was happy about that. The parts were accurately drilled and fit together really well. The instructions on the five-foot glider could have used more pictures and verbiage. It was hard to understand in a few places.
