Brooke was extremely helpful and committed to making sure we were satisfied with the outcome. DutchCrafters worked with the furniture makers to replace the item with imperfections, sending regular updates and making sure we were happy with the replacement piece. We expect to use this beautiful furniture for decades, and could not be more pleased with our purchase!
