Perfect. Ryan Topp did an excellent job keeping on top of my order and was very knowledgeable about the products. The 2 young men completed the white glove delivery in record time. My husband and I were nervous because it has been raining and we didn't want the wood to get wet. Luckily, it didn't rain. The bookcases were shrink-wrapped and covered with blankets. I can't say enough good that the delivery was excellent. no comments excellent
