The Amish X-Back Chair is shown here in brown maple wood with briar stain. Brown maple is a wood type that loves dark stains and showcases paint nicely. We make customizing these dining chairs easy, with samples we'll mail to your door so you can decide on which of the several wood types offered is best for your kitchen or dining room.

The customizations don't end there. Choose from several stain options, add arms if you like, and consider an upholstered seat with fine fabrics, suedes and leathers to choose from. These chairs are built in an Amish woodshop in Indiana.
