We have viewed the entire website more than once AND forwarded it to friends and family who are adding furniture to their homes. Email communications were just enough emails to keep us hopeful ( especially during the pandemic) that our item was "in process." The young woman who helped explain the process of receiving stain and fabric samples was terrific - cordial and professional. Delivery was right on time! The neighbor's children thought we were having a horse delivered (because of the conveyance). They were disappointed but we were very happy with the delivery. DutchCrafters provides quality furniture made in the USA. We love our recliner and highly recommend their products.

For some time I had been interested in a particular style of chair for reading in my bedroom. As I did find it in one store it was way too expensive to consider. Sunday of Labor Day Weekend I started thinking about the chair and did some searching on the Internet. I don’t know what exactly I entered but the Dutchcrafters website popped up with a picture of the type of chair I was interested in. I made note of the site planning to get back to it in the future. Well, the future was the next day, Labor Day. I checked out the various options of wood and leather, composed an e-mail with some questions. Also I noted there was a Labor Day Special of a couple of hundred off and the option to make a partial payment when ordering. I sent the e-mail expecting to hear back in a couple of days. I heard back in a few minutes which was a surprise. A few more e-mails went back and forth, I thought about it over night, and ordered the next day requesting some samples of leather and wood which arrived by the end of week. The difficult part was deciding which combination to select as several would have been great for the room I had in mind for the chair. I chose Red Oak OCS110 for the Wood and London Tan for the Leather. The chair being custom made took a while. It arrived in January. The truck driver was in contact with me a couple weeks before and arranged his cross country delivery to fit my availability. Knowing the chair was heavy I had some help lined up but when the driver arrived he and I had no trouble getting it off the truck. He waited as I unwrapped it and check it over not leaving until I was completely satisfied.

The whole experience went very well. The selection of wood and leather was quite extensive. The quick and informative response to questions was very satisfying. But most important the chair is comfortable and looks very nice with quality construction. It was a great choice of chair and manufacturer. I highly recommend Dutchcrafters.

Is it remotely possible to find out who actually made the chair?
Suffice to say, its a good color combination and may last many decades at my home.
