Salesman I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. Knew the product he was selling and was very helpful. The only thing I was concerned about was the delivery. It showed up on a Sunday morning and I never received an e-mail on the delivery date. Was thrilled to get it early though!! We have been looking forward to it! Extremely well made! Directions were very accurate and easy to follow.

Communication was above and beyond every step of the way; no surprises. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Product is exactly what was promised. Will purchase from Dutchcrafters in the future!
