I would give them 100 if possible. We live in the mountains on a steep gravel road. Had to change delivery to pickup in a public location on the last day due to truck size and road access. Driver and dispatcher worked with us to coordinate deliver. The awesome young delivery guys helped us load the chair into the back of my 2021 Subaru. I lost my Stickley Morris Chair in Helen's flood.
My back really missed the Chair. Now I have comfort and support 17 months after the storm. I am very happy 😊
