The COVID-19 coronavirus continues to be a concern to all of us. Our goal at DutchCrafters is to help ensure the wellbeing and safety of our employees, partners and customers during this time. Here is what we are doing at DutchCrafters in response to this pandemic and the guidelines from the CDC:
We remain open online and on the phone for business. Most of the staff in our corporate office are working from home to promote social distancing. As an ecommerce company, we are set up to do our work whether we are in our office or at home. For us, business has continued, and we intend to provide you with the exceptional service that we always strive for.
Our Amish woodworkers in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Ohio are open and working. Our woodworkers are excited to be filling the orders that we are taking. Still, lead times have increased and may be longer than what is stated on the product page due to a number of supply chain problems that our woodworkers are experiencing. Unfortunately, this has also affected some pricing as supply costs have increased.
Our warehouse and delivery partners remain open and have enhanced their sanitation practices. More information about delivery can be found on our furniture delivery page.
Our Sarasota showroom is open. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we invite vaccinated customers to enjoy our showroom mask-free and request that other continue to wear masks. More information is available on our Sarasota Store webpage. If you have any questions about visiting the store, please call 941-894-6747.
Many good things have needed to wait during this time of social distancing but your furniture purchase does not need to be one of them. Our website is open 24/7. You can also email us, chat with us online, or speak to a furniture specialist at 941-867-2233, who can answer any Amish furniture question and walk you through the furniture buying process.
We wish you and your family well. Thanks for being part of the DutchCrafters community.
