Executive Leadership Team
At DutchCrafters, we are not organized by departments, we are organized by teams. Our teams go beyond our employees as well. We consider our customers, craftspeople, shippers and even technology as all part of one team, working together to bring products that enhance people’s lives into their homes and ensure the best customer experience.
The DutchCrafters team of employees is made up of energetic, creative people who love to bring beautiful, heirloom-quality Amish home goods to individual consumers and businesses with a commitment to integrity and sustainability. Our executive leadership team leads by example, both by their commitment to expertise in their fields and to giving back.
