Matt Hall was very knowledgeable and we immediately knew we were in good hands with his help. Every step along the way, our emails, and phone calls were answered quickly and thoroughly. Very wonderful staff! Leon from Ohio was so careful with our cherry table and chairs. He came when he said he would and gently removed the moving blanket and protecting cardboard. Could not have been a better delivery! Elvin did a good job of giving us a general time frame for delivery and a phone number to call when the time was closer. There is no question that this dining set is the best made and most beautiful furniture we have ever owned. The Barkman crafters in Ohio built it and then finished it in a different workshop to provide a clean place away from sawdust to put on the beautiful cherry finish! The design is unique and beautifully carved and comfortable! We wish we could thank them in person! It was a leap of faith to order this without ever seeing or sitting on it in person. But we would like to assure anyone hesitating to go ahead and order your dream dining set! Very comfortable chairs and 42 inches in diameter was perfect. The chairs do fit under the table well. The table can be ordered with the four legs like our set or as a pedestal.
The three payment plan helped us to purchase this set. This is truly heirloom quality furniture!

When we called Matt Hall, Dutch Crafters furniture specialist, answered our call. Right from the beginning, we knew we were in good hands with someone who knew the products so well he could answer any questions we had. Matt removed obstacles to ordering. Since we were certain of what we wanted to purchase, he suggested that we could order that day so the Amish craftsmen could begin making our kitchen set while we waited to receive stain samples on cherry wood to arrive (since staining is one of the last steps). He even encouraged us to order more samples so we had all the choices in front of us. We ordered eight. One of them Matt was kind enough to suggest as the most popular one for cherry wood.
We ordered the #49975 table, Amish Ripple Back Round Convex Dining Table and also ordered two #44740 chairs, Amish Contemporary Ripple Back Dining Chairs. We fell in love with the unique, beautifully made original design of the furniture. Matt Hall assured us of the quality of workmanship.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing furniture. Matt is very genuine and knowledgeable. He made our purchase possible! We did not call thinking we would be able to order without first choosing a stain and then waiting for the samples to arrive. We are both so glad you made it happen, Matt Hall!
