Again, great communicator, as he texted and called to keep us informed as to when his arrival would be! All in all, excellent service! The craftsmanship of our roll-top desk is outstanding! And the chair goes nicely with it! Even though the wait was lengthy (we recognize the COVID effect), the wait was well worth it! Would order from DutchCrafters again!
