Rough Sawn Brown Maple Wood

Rough sawn, or also known as rough cut, is a form of distressing that is performed when the timber is being processed. The textured distressing resembles the natural wear and fading seen with reclaimed barn wood. By utilizing this technique, the craftsmen are able to create unique furniture with fewer design restrictions. The Dutton is a great example of this benefit with its seamless tenon joinery and refined slats.
