This straightforward, well-designed, authentic Mission chair will complement most business and home decor.

All the pieces in the Prairie Collection are constructed from solid hardwood using old craftsman joinery techniques. Every structural joint on the frame chairs in our Prairie Collection is mortise and tenon construction. This Mission chair is very comfortable and strong. Added strength and stability in the construction can be added if the chairs will be used for contract furniture, hospitality furniture, or a commercial location. Chairs were all I could have hoped for and more. They fit into our home as if they had always lived there. They are beautiful, sturdy but light, the wood stain and the upholstery color were gorgeous. The delivery guy and his new wife were excellent! They could have been a little better with communication leading up to the delivery, but overall, they communicated enough to make me confident. The actual delivery was outstanding. They brought the chairs to the top of the driveway. They were actually 10 minutes early, a miracle with service and delivery promises, and they were delightful to talk to. They also acted concerned that I check everything to make sure we were satisfied. I was! Customer rep was very responsive and quick to follow up queries.

Ordering process was a great experience. Person that helped us order was super. Delivery person was excellent and efficient. I love, love my new table and chairs. The wood feels good under my fingers and the grain just glows, reminding me that this wood was a living thing. Of course, I also value the craftsmanship it takes to transform the wood into a thing of beauty. My only wish might have been to have a better sense of who built the table. While I was waiting for delivery, I liked imagining a human being building it, rather than it coming off an assembly line. I almost wished for a little signature on bottom of the table top, like an artist signing a painting, or maybe a bio of the artisans who worked on the table and chairs. On another note, the customer service was excellent. I got plenty of personalized attention from Shannon, the order coordinator who was assigned to my order. When my furniture was delivered, it was fast and professional. Thanks to all involved.

Good morning,
Just a quick note to let you all know that my husband and I absolutely LOVE our new dining room table and chairs. The quality and workmanship appear to be first-rate. We are impressed by how solid the table and chairs are, as well as the little details such as the use of beveled edges everywhere. The chairs are solid, and quite comfortable with the leather seats.
We purchased two leaves and two extra chairs to allow us to seat more people, but for everyday use, we will use the setup as shown in the picture.
We had anticipated having everything arrive in multiple boxes, but much to our surprise, everything was carefully wrapped and taped in blankets--not a single scratch or ding to be found, and no added waste for our recycle bin.
The delivery people were wonderful, arriving exactly when they told us they would. They were very courteous, and assembled the table inside our home--no fuss, no mess!
Admittedly, we were more than a little hesitant about paying for our order before it was delivered, as we’ve had problems in the past with people not performing as promised.
As it turned out, DutchCrafters performed as promised.
