Non-furniture and Outdoor Item Delivery
Most non-furniture and outdoor items will likely be delivered by major carriers just like any other package is delivered to your home.
Indoor Furniture and Oversized Product Delivery
Furniture and oversized products can be delivered either via standard delivery or inside delivery.
Standard Outside Delivery
If you purchase furniture with standard delivery, the driver will deliver your furniture to your home and unload it. You are responsible for taking the furniture into your home.
“White Glove” Inside Delivery
If you select inside delivery you will receive the “White Glove” experience. The drivers will take the furniture off the truck and bring it into your home, set it up in the appropriate room, and unpack the furniture. Drivers will provide light assembly if needed. They will even clear away all packaging. Assembly is not available for all products, such as cribs and wall-mounted furniture. Consult the product page or a furniture specialist for confirmation on your products. We recommend inside delivery if you have any concerns about your ability to move or assemble the furniture without damaging it. If you would like to upgrade to inside delivery, please contact us right away and we will make those arrangements. For both standard and inside delivery you’ll be contacted to schedule delivery after your custom furniture is complete. Our delivery drivers use large trucks. If there are any concerns about a large truck reaching your home please contact us to work out a solution.
Inspect Your Furniture
When your furniture arrives, be sure to inspect it immediately to ensure that no damage occurred in shipping. If, on the rare occasion, there is shipping damage, contact us right away so we can make it right. My wife and I do furniture inspections for military families arriving here to document damaged furniture and any household item, we see so much damage.
I just wanted to know that my shipment from you will be packaged to with stand all the moving from there to here, and comes
in one piece undamaged. This is a real concern of mine knowing how shipping companies are not all that careful, if damaged
they have insurance to pay the customer. I don’t want to have to go thru all that.
How is my purchase going to be wrapped, boxed etc? Can you send me a detailed description of how it’s packed. Thank-You.

Our shippers are experts at delivering furniture all over the country. Methods differ depending on the product, but you can probably expect your furniture to be wrapped in blankets and securely strapped in place. Certain pieces are boxed and others are wrapped in plastic wrap.
That said, there is a lot out of our control and pieces are occasionally damaged in shipping. We handle those issues directly (no outside insurance claims) and will always take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Simply examine the furniture on arrival and let your driver know if there are any issues!
